New this year, we are starting a fall semester Asian Vegetable CSA.  This box share will center around asian vegetables, including lots of asian greens, peppers, herbs, radishes and squashes.  Other more commonly found vegetables will round out the share.  We have been growing many of these vegetables for years now, but have always wanted to sell more of our asian vegetables in a local venue as the majority of them are wholesaled to distributors.  

A typical full box share will include two asian greens, an allium (onions, shallots, leeks, scallions) garlic, two-three fruiting crops (tomatoes, green beans, asian eggplants, peppers, kabocha squashes), herbs (cilantro, shiso or perilla leaf) and one or two root crops (radish, kohlrabi, sweet potato, carrots).   Half share members would receive half of these items.  In addition, as a member, you will be able to come to our farm and take advantage of our CSA member only u-pick gardens of flowers and u-pick vegetables. A weekly emailed CSA newsletter will keep you connected to our farm and post upcoming farm events, including our Farm to Truck fundraisers.

The vegetables we grow are all certified organic.  We may occasionally partner with other farms for items we don't grow such as mushrooms, ginger, mung bean sprouts and sweet potato.  These farms may not be certified organic, but do not use chemical pesticides or fertilizers.  See our crop schedule for more details.
